Nuvia Community Guidelines

Welcome to Nuvia — a creative, inclusive community built on respect, safety, and authenticity. By using Nuvia, you agree to follow these rules so everyone can enjoy a positive experience. Repeated or severe violations may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans.

Core Principles

  • Be respectful

    No harassment, hate, bullying, or targeted attacks. Disagree with ideas, not people. Slurs and dehumanizing content are not allowed.

  • Keep everyone safe

    No threats or glorification of violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous acts. Report risks immediately.

  • Protect privacy

    No doxxing or sharing private information (addresses, IDs, private chats, photos) without express consent.

Content Rules

  • Inappropriate or explicit content

    No pornographic content, sexual exploitation, graphic gore, or sexual content involving minors. Mature topics must remain non-graphic and context-appropriate.

  • Spam and platform abuse

    No mass-tagging, deceptive links, repetitive promos, or bot-driven posting that disrupts conversations or feeds.

  • Intellectual property

    Only share content you own or have rights to. We remove infringing content and may act on repeat violations.

Security & Integrity

  • Authenticity

    No impersonation of users, creators, or Nuvia staff. Don’t create accounts to evade bans or manipulate engagement.

  • Technical misuse

    No exploits, malware, scraping that harms service, or unauthorized automation that interferes with normal operation.

  • Illegal activity

    Don’t use Nuvia to promote, coordinate, or transact illegal goods or services. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Platform-Specific

  • Groups & chats

    Follow group-specific rules. Keep topics on track. Refrain from trolling, brigading, or derailing discussions.

  • DMs

    Unwanted advances, spam, or harassment in private messages are treated the same as public violations. Block and report when needed.

  • Levels, JCoins, and rewards

    Don’t game the system with fake engagement or coordinated manipulation. Violations may lead to reversal of rewards or suspensions.

Reporting & Enforcement

  • Report violations

    Use the Report button on content or profiles. Provide clear context or screenshots when possible so we can respond faster.

  • Fair process

    Moderation considers severity, intent, and history. We may warn, restrict, or remove accounts to protect the community.

  • Appeals

    If you believe a decision was incorrect, submit an appeal from Settings. Don’t debate actions publicly; it disrupts others.

  • Use appropriate language

    Keep conversations broadly welcoming. Strong language or sensitive topics must remain non-abusive and contextual.

  • Zero tolerance for child exploitation

    Any content or behavior that harms or sexualizes minors results in immediate removal and reporting to authorities.

  • Keep your account secure

    Never share passwords or sensitive info. Nuvia staff will never ask for your password in DMs.
